Promo-Sample footwear is designed and manufactured for marketing research. Each new design is manufactured to the same or higher standards as regular production footwear. When the Marketing Research and sale shows are over and reviews are complete, we obtain this lot of name brand footwear. When we receive the footwear, it is packed in bulk. We unpack, inspect, and buff the footwear. If any damage is found (damage is not slight scuff) we remove from this from the lot. We are required to stamp the footwear, either on the sole or inside, to ensure no one tries to return the footwear to the manufacturer for a refund. We offer this footwear to you for 40% to 60% off of suggested retail. Some Promo-Samples will be put in production and others will not. If you purchase one of the pairs not put into production, you could possibly have one out of a dozen in that style in the world!
We supply you with four standard pictures of a pair of the footwear from the lot that represents the condition of the whole lot we are selling. (TOP FRONT & RIGHT SIDE, TOP FRONT & LEFT SIDE
, REAR & INSIDE VIEW, AND BOTTOM.)
If there is a defect that would effect the function of the item, we will make an additional picture of the defect and note the defect in item specifics (this does not include every little scuff or mark).
Shipping Discounts:
Regular shipping rate for the first item.  30% off the shipping rate of each additional item shipped at the same time from the same site.  Discounts are refunded to the buyer's PayPal account at the time of shipping.

We are not set-up to properly measure footwear.  Depending on how you measure, you can get very different answers.
Where is this item made?
Trying to obtain and note this information in sorting and processing 1000's of items is impossible while holding our cost down.
When will I receive my purchase?
We ship your order the next business day after cleared payment with the exception of weekends and holidays. The actual delivery time is supplied to you by the tracking number you are given on your order. Just click on the tracking number and you can see where your package is and when it should arrive. If you do not get a tracking number, contact us through eBay messages.
Return policy:

days of receiving your purchase.   Include with your return a copy of the packing slip with the reason for return noted.  A refund will be issued within two business days following receipt of the return.  Shipping is non refundable.
