Presented for your consideration is this beautiful antique condiment set. The set is made of light blue cased glass and features a bulging three petal pattern throughout. This pattern is also commonly referred to as quilted. The set consists of 1 pepper shaker, 1 salt shaker, 1 mustard dish and 1 holder. The holder has a matching bulging three petal pattern throughout with shallow openings to hold each jar/shaker. In the center is a silver plate carrying handle. Each jar/shaker is completed with a metal lid. Mustard is missing the original spoon. There are no manufacturer markings but a majority of these sets were made by Consolidated. The attribution is based on the fact that the color palate these were made in matches Consolidated's colors and it is very similar to the bulging petal design found in a 1894 Consolidated advertisement. The condiment set is guaranteed to be antique. This nice looking set would make a great addition to any castor set or art glass collection! A fun set to use!
As previously stated the mustard spoon is missing. Lid to one shaker has a crack in the side. No chips or cracks in the glass. Typical light wear from age and use. Overall in VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Entire set measures 5 1/2" in diameter at the base and 7 1/4" tall.
