brand's Tap & Reamer alignment holder has a collet that has 4 jaws to provide more contact area and a firmer grip on the tap's shank than the other importer's which only have 2 jaws.  The 4-jaw collet also improves the straightness of a tap's entry point when using this tool by hand.
