Box contains: Cooked Jasmine rice, dried herbs, coconut milk, and green curry paste. Required: 1 cup Vegetables/Choice of Protein (optional) 1 tbsp of vegetable oil Curry Preparation Method: 1. Heat the oil. Carefully add the vegetables/ protein; stir-fry until cooked. 2. Stir in the Green Curry Paste; cook until fragrant about 15 seconds. 3. Add the coconut milk; simmer for 1-2 minutes. 4. Stir in the dried herbs; simmer for 30 seconds. Remove and serve hot with rice. Microwave Rice Preparation: 1. Tear rice pouch 1” in the top corner; heat on high for 1-2 minutes (ovens may vary). 2.
